Turkey/Chicken & Spinach Meatballs


  • Ground chicken/turkey
  • Onion, diced finely
  • Ketchup
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Spur Tree Reggae Table Sauce
  • Chopped tomato
  • Garlic crushed
  • Salt & pepper
  • Spinach leaves


Season the ground chicken/turkey with the above ingredients, except the spinach, and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Roughly chop spinach leaves and fold into ground chicken/turkey mixture. Roll into meatballs, glaze with Spur Tree Reggae Table Sauce, bake in oven at 400F for 50 minutes and serve.
