Tropical Chicken Breast
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, deboned
- 2 tbsp Spur Tree Pepper Jelly
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Place chicken breasts in ziploc bag with Spur Tree Pepper Jelly, rub well together and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Heat oil in skillet over med/high heat, sear chicken breasts just long enough to caramelize the Spur Tree Pepper Jelly.
- Place breasts in baking dish and cook for 30 minutes at 350F.
