Roast Jerk Fish Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2lb fish (Red Snapper or similar)
- 2 tbsp Spur Tree Jerk Seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 scallions – chopped
Directions:
- Clean fish and dry with paper towel.
- Marinate with Spur Tree Jerk Seasoning and paprika and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Rub fish with butter and scallion.
- Wrap in heavy duty foil, and cook on medium heat grill or in oven at 350F for 20-30 minutes.SERVES: 4
