Jerk Cashew Nuts


1 kg Raw Cashew Nuts
½ cup Spur Tree Hot Jerk Seasoning
¼ cup White Vinegar
¼ cup Soy Sauce


1. Mix all ingredients together and allow to marinate for at least 24 hours, mixing once or twice to ensure even distribution
2. Spread evenly in a thin layer on tin sheets and baked in a medium oven until golden brown
3. Allow to dry on top of oven or other warm place until crisp and very dry. Store in an airtight container.
4. Best nibbled with a very cold Red Stripe Beer!
