Jerk Barbecue Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 – 6 tbsp Spur Tree Jerk Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp red wine/cider vinegar
- 4lbs pork spare ribs
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
Directions:
- Combine Spur Tree Jerk Seasoning, sugar and vinegar.
- Add ribs and turn to coat thoroughly. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 3 – 4 hours).
- Heat oven with 350F, and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until fully cooked. (keep pan of water in bottom of oven)
- Brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
COOKING TIME: 2 hrs
