Spinners
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp salt
- enough water to bind
Directions
- Place flour and salt in medium bowl.
- Work mixture with hands while adding enough water to bind, making a stiff dough.
- Roll into 1” long pieces between the hands and drop into the boiling stew peas.
- Boil until they float.
COOKING TIME: 2 ¾ hours
