Spinners

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • enough water to bind

Directions

  1. Place flour and salt in medium bowl.
  2. Work mixture with hands while adding enough water to bind, making a stiff dough.
  3. Roll into 1” long pieces between the hands and drop into the boiling stew peas.
  4. Boil until they float.

COOKING TIME: 2 ¾ hours
