Curry Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Spur Tree Curry Seasoning
- 1lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¼ cup coconut milk
Directions:
- Marinate shrimp with 1 tbsp Spur Tree Curry Seasoning for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
- Heat oil in pan and fry 1tbsp Spur Tree Curry Seasoning for 2 minutes
- Add shrimp to pan and cook on medium heat for 6 –8 minutes. Stir in coconut milk, cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Continue to simmer, covered until tender,
- Thicken the gravy, if required, by adding a tsp corn starch to remaining liquid.
- Serve with white rice.
