Curry Chicken Burgers

(Makes 4 Burgers)


Mix the chicken meat, egg, 2oz Spur Tree Curry Seasoning and coconut powder
Form into 4 patties
Coat with the Panko crumbs
Heat the oil and pan fry the burgers for 4 minutes on both sides
Take care not to let the burgers get too brown. Remove them and finish in the oven or microwave if needed
Heat up the remaining Spur Tree Curry Seasoning and Spur Tree Pepper Jelly and dip the cooked burgers on both sides
Serve on toasted buns with your favourite fixins
