Island Style 'Fry' Chicken

  • FRY CHICKEN MIX

    Introducing our new island-style Fried Chicken Mix! Quality, Easy to make and Value for Money.

  • MARINATE

    Dissolve brine packet in 1 quart of lukewarm water.

     

    After brine solution has cooled, immerse the 9 pieces of chicken.

     

    Leave chicken in brine solution for a minimum of 2 hours in the fridge to marinate.

  • COAT

    Pat-dry marinated chicken with paper towel.

     

    Empty fry chicken flour mix into a bowl.

     

    Coat all sides of chicken pieces with flour mix.

  • FRY

    Pre-heat oil to 350*F in a deep-frying pan.

     

    Fry both sides of chicken in oil on both sides until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165F).
