At Spur Tree Spices Jamaica Limited, we have been manufacturing “all in one” seasonings and sauces since 2006, using only the finest, fresh local ingredients, including scotch bonnet pepper, thyme, scallion and pimento.
Our signature jerk seasoning uses a traditional recipe, passed down from generation to generation and all the fresh ingredients are sourced locally from small farmers in St. Elizabeth, Clarendon, St Mary and other parishes to ensure authentic flavour and to support those hard working rural communities.
Originally supplying the food service industry with catering size packs, we count as our loyal customers most of Jamaica’s top hotels and restaurants and are now reaching the North American food service market and restaurants.
Our retail sizes are now fully established in Jamaica and have been welcomed in the North American market as well.
