FOOD SERVICE

Spur Tree’s initial plan in 2006 was to supply the food service market (restaurants, cook shops, caterers, hotels, canteens etc), both in Jamaica and abroad, with ‘all in one’ seasoning mixes and sauces, using fresh local inputs, to replicate a range of Jamaican dishes, in an easy to use, minimal preparation and cost effective format.


Today, we still fully support the food service market with a range of products in larger sizes, assistance with menu development and recipes plus preparation advice.
