Jerk chicken is a tradition in our family on Boxing Day. My Mum and Gran cook it for the whole family every year it’s a real event. This year we used Spur Tree Jamaica Jerk Seasoning. And it’s the best I can remember. My Gran’s still raving about it – says she can taste the real scotch bonnet and that it’s the closest she’s ever had to “the real t’ing” since she’s been in the UK – 55 years! Thanks Spur Tree – you’ve made an elderly Jamaican lady very happy!
