Tropical Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts, deboned
  • 2 tbsp Spur Tree Pepper Jelly
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Place chicken breasts in ziploc bag with Spur Tree Pepper Jelly, rub well together and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  2.  Heat oil in skillet over med/high heat, sear chicken breasts just long enough to caramelize the Spur Tree Pepper Jelly.
  3.  Place breasts in baking dish and cook for 30 minutes at 350F.
