Curry Shrimp

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Marinate shrimp with 1 tbsp Spur Tree Curry Seasoning for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  2. Heat oil in pan and fry 1tbsp Spur Tree Curry Seasoning for 2 minutes
  3.  Add shrimp to pan and cook on medium heat for 6 –8 minutes. Stir in coconut milk, cook for a further 2 minutes.
  4. Continue to simmer, covered until tender,
  5.  Thicken the gravy, if required, by adding a tsp corn starch to remaining liquid.
  6. Serve with white rice.
